Organs of the Board

In accordance with the amendment and restatement of the Articles of Association in line with the new Foundations Law No. 16 of 2001, the Foundation comprises three formal and one informal Board:

• Board of Patrons
• Board of Management
• Board of Supervisors
• Honorary Board of Advisors: consisting of a small number of distinguished members of the Indonesian and international communities invited to serve as members. Although the HBOA has no legal functions or liabilities, this informal yet distinguished body provides a valuable contribution to the Foundation through the members’ diverse backgrounds, experience and advice.
